1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of products, services, and communications provided by Advantage Elevator LLC, doing business as Advantage Elevator Systems (“AES,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with AES via purchase, installation, service, phone, email, SMS, website, or other channels, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products & Services
AES supplies residential elevator systems, equipment, installation, maintenance, and support services. Detailed service terms, scheduling, and warranties are defined in individual contracts and proposals.
3. Quotes & Proposals
Quotes are valid for a limited time as specified in the proposal and are non-binding until a formal agreement is signed by both parties.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules, deposits, and any late fees are governed by your specific contract. All payment obligations are clearly outlined in your service or installation agreement.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area and not to misuse AES services, submit fraudulent or misleading information, interfere with elevator equipment, or use our services for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, designs, and materials provided by AES (including website content, manuals, and marketing materials) remain the exclusive property of AES. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use AES intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Affiliate Marketing & Partner Communications
AES may partner with affiliated businesses (such as builders, contractors, or service providers) to offer promotions or joint services. Such communications will comply with applicable laws. Customers will only receive affiliate marketing if they have explicitly opted in, and may opt out at any time via SMS (reply STOP) or by contacting AES.
8. SMS/Text Messaging Program
By providing your consent to receive SMS (text) messages, you agree to the following: Advantage Elevator LLC will send you recurring automated text messages related to quotes, scheduling, service, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP. To cancel, reply STOP. Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. Our Privacy Policy can be viewed at https://www.advantageelevators.com/privacy-policy.
- Opt-In: By providing your mobile number and giving explicit written consent (e.g., by checking a box on a web form or signing a consent form), you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from AES.
- Purpose of Messages: These messages may include quotes, scheduling confirmations, service reminders, project updates, and customer support communications.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with AES.
- Fees: Message and data rates may apply as charged by your carrier. AES does not charge for this service.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive a final confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent.

- No Sharing: Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
AES provides warranties only as explicitly outlined in individual contracts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AES disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AES, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of AES services, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity.
11. Limitation of Liability
AES is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages unless otherwise required by law. In no event shall AES’s total liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the services in question.
12. Force Majeure
AES is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, supply shortages, or technical outages.
13. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure by AES to enforce a right or provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, SC, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
